feel sad that the issue still persists after running the first patch.
We will be sending you another batch file that can fix the problem. I
understand that you performed the steps before but this is different
patch.
We
prepared an Automated batch file which will fix your issue
automatically, all you need to do is to download the zip file from the
link below and extract it, after extracting please open the "README.pdf"
and follow the instructions.

note that this patch is not applied for accessories or physical damage
issues. Also this will only work on Windows computer.
